Experience-Based Somatic Movement Workouts for Trauma Recovery: Engage in gentle, guided, and slow movements designed to facilitate day-to-day regulation and aid in the recovery process following periods of trauma. For many, trauma can manifest in the body over decades, creating a stored history of emotional and physical pain and distress.

In somatic experience based workshops, you’ll cultivate trust in your body, release outdated survival patterns, and discover a sense of confidence and safety within yourself. Regardless of the duration or intensity of your trauma experience, healing is possible.
